About Me

First Coast Florida Native and Proud Military Wife with many moving experiences under my belt. That is why I strive to make your moving experience as stress free as possible.

I am a member of various local and national business organizations and an avid supporter of the Navy/Marine Corps Relief Society, a private non-profit charitable organization providing financial, educational, and other assistance to members of the Naval Services of the United States and Fisher House™ a private-public partnership that supports America's military in their time of need and the Wounded Warrior Project to honor and empower wounded warriors

I have 25+ years of business experience. That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business.

In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do things much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. I take the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and my pledge to deal honestly and fairly in all transactions to heart.

I specialize in residential sales with a concentration in Western Duval County and Clay County. So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Jacksonville or Clay County area, please contact me.
